Well, after 36 hours travelling, and getting up at 6:00am Saturday, and not going to bed till 10:00PM Monday, with a non existent Sunday somewhere in between – I’m finally home.
One of the first things I did was have tea. Good tea, with milk. Real milk, and real sugar. It was wonderful ;)
The USA was both not as bad as I’d feared, and worse than I could have possibly imagined, all at once….but I survived.
My worst experience was at LAX, which is kind of depressing, because that’s the one place I know I’m going to have to pass through at least another three more times this year. I’ll just have to make sure I don’t fly United this time.
I’ve started typing up my notes, but I’ve found myself rather otherwise occupied lately so it might be a while before I post reports. I’ll do one post for each day, as I finish them…
I hope to get back into the tuesday evening music the week after next (I’ll be in Sydney next week). Assuming I don’t get too distracted…
…anyway, that’s all for now.
