- 1 tsp coffee
- 2 tsp dark cocoa
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2/3 *mug* cream
Top up with milk, mix and bung in the microwave till hot.

Caitlin had an impromptu networking lesson today. She now knows the differences between a hub, a switch and a router, and can describe how both ARP and IP routing work (even if she doesn’t necessarily know what they’re called).
She then spent the afternoon gleefully pinging and tracerting random hosts.

You know, I’m not sure what bothers me the most about the kid next door – the rap music at 8:30 in the morning, or the fact that an unemployed 18-25 male is actually up and awake at 8:30 in the morning.

Thursday, March 22nd, 2007well, it all seemed to work pretty much as I expected, so now I’m off to start the migration process.
I’ll post a description of my backup solution later.

Thursday, March 22nd, 2007I just submitted a reprovision request for my new server.
Basically that means they’ll wipe it completely, back to the state it was when I bought it.
Hopefully, the backup and recovery procedure I’ve worked out will work, and I’ll be able to restore it back to the state it was before reprovisioning.
Otherwise I’ve got a little bit of pain to go through, and then I’ll have to figure out a better recovery process before I can migrate any more content on.
If all goes well, then I’ll start seriously migrating stuff.
